Second Clutch: Luka and Amara are the result of an affair with an unknown Silver of low birth but had a striking resemblance to Maia and agreed to the affair in exchange for becoming a member of the house, specifically as a nanny so that she still might have contact with her children.The female, however, had second thoughts after the clutch was laid but never had a chance to renege as she was killed when her village was destroyed, but the eggs were not.The truth is not something known outside of Auden and Maia, what is believed, however, is that that they agreed to take the children in and raise them as their own.
