Asmoor was at one time, thousands of years ago, a House Major, unfortunately, the position of Vor'ill fell to a Black who was a raging alcoholic and a gambler with bad luck.
In later timelines, Rhoanan sinks deeper into alcoholism and debt, and as a result, the sons of the House revert to their mother's surname. It is important to note, their mother was a cousin to House Crylos and never bonded to Rhoanan, he was merely the father of the offspring and she only came around during Irdan E'lan. They did have a close association for several millennia, however, Dohrma Ashev vanished under suspicious circumstances; her whereabouts and even if she is still alive, are unknown. By the time of the story line Scorched Earth, Rhoanan has fallen prey to a Renegade Assassin, Gideon Crylos, under the guise of a Silver Assasin's work.
The Ashev brothers chose to take their mother's last name in an attempt to distance themselves from the shadow that has been cast over the Asmoor House.
First Clutch: Dorian became Vor'ill after Daemon abdicated during the story Scorched Earth.
Second Clutch: Daemonorel is Ny-emarr's Chooser of Battles
Third Clutch:The third clutch was destroyed while they were still eggs.After it was destroyed, Dohrma was never seen from again.It is believed she might have lost her mind and is now presumed dead.

Tia was a dragon of questionable heritage and was killed by Nargus while torturing Daemon in an attempt to get him to spill the names of the other Black Guard. She had disappeared for short time and during this time brought a daughter into the world. Daemon and Tia were freshly soul-bonded at the time when she died and as such, Daemon suffered the Grieving Madness, though not to the extreme level Araxmarr did when Task was lost.
Tonihka was brought up in an unidentified Black House Minor and is now the Captain of the Orshe Une.

After the ending of Daemon's relationship to A'Runa, Ny-emarr (also known as Nuuruhine) manipulated he and Silverthorn so that they would become lovers, effectively putting together her Chooser of Battles and Chooser of the Slain.
